Brown VS Brown

I had a little debate the other night with some local personalities about what movie was better. The Endless Summer or On Any Sunday ? It is very hard to call.. both were and still are the best movies about surfing and motorcycles ever made.Chime in if you have an opinion...My pick was On Any Sunday.

both are equally perfect films, which one to watch just depends on what your doing the next day, hopefully a little of both.

Never cared for Endless Summer as I never cared for surfing much so it didn't relate to me. Same with Warren Miller movies, don't ski and as great as they are they do nothing for me. Any Sunday and Dust To glory were and are huge to me. I grew up a dusty dirtbike kid and thats what we did. load our crap in the truck and spend all day, 10 gal of pre-mix and a loaf of breads worth of sandwiches getting dirty and pretending we were racing the Baja. My vote is for On Any Sunday. Wish someone would do an up to date quality remake without being all Nitro Circus or Metal Mulisha about it, just core desert riders and racers doing it for fun and not fame.

I love both movies, Brown has a unique sense of degenerated humour...

# Sadly he didn't make a movie about Rock music

no brainer. ive watched the endless summer once, but i could watch on any sunday anytime. still trips me out how malcom rides a motorcycle with such ease.
