Flanders // Stelling & Helling Springer Bars
Here is a neat old set of Flanders #13 or Stelling & Hellings T 3 springer width racer handlebars. These have a low rise and will give you that speedster look. The bars are stamped either 13 which would be Flanders or T 3 which would be Stellings& Hellings.
