1969 Shovelhead For Sale

Paul has a really clean 1969 Electra Glide up for sale. Beautiful unrestored original paint Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLHFB. 95% complete and original, very few aftermarket items.Electric Start (working well) but also has a kick start which works fine too. Runs strong with no smoke although it does leak a bit of oil, transmission shifts very well. All electrics operate perfectly to include the front brake light switch! The buddy seat is in fantastic condition and the Tour Pak (with original gel-coat) is like brand new with its original factory sticker, keys included. The Fairing (also original gel-coat) has a few blemishes at the edges near the handlebar grips has its original factory sticker. The saddlebags definitely show signs of their age and have the keys to lock them as well. There is a scratch/scrape on the front fender (see picture). 1969 was the last year generator shovelhead and marked some first year technologies as well (listed below).
1.) First year for the batwing fairing, this one is in remarkable condition.
2.) First year for the front brake light switch to illuminate the brake light.
3.) First year (of two years) for the right side front brake.
4.) First year for the double loop front end locking system.
If you are a collector this bike is in collectable condition and is a true survivor! Title is clean and clear, brand new tires, brand new battery, brand new O-Ring chain and brand new rebuilt Zenith Bendix carburetor, fresh fluids throughout.
