It was built by Morrow Vintage Customs in Ventura CA.
The motor & trans are 1950 H-D 74ci, Linkert M75 carb. The wheels are 19 inch front & rear with Firestone tires The frame and front end are 35 H-D VL, heavily modified. Kurt Morrow rebuilt the motor/trans and custom built the handlebars, gas/oil tank, battery box, exhaust, foot controls, taillight, license mount and seat.
