I think this is an early East Bay Dragon ...but could be wrong. Neat photo regardless..

I believe you are correct.

I did a post a while back featuring some old photos of black bikers including the Dragons. I think your photo there was included in the collection I took from.

The guy in the photo is named Wesley Richardson - he's from Oakland, don't know if he was a Dragon though. The photo was featured in the exhibit "Black Chrome" that was at the California African American Museum earlier this year.
